I remember this site used to be informative. Looking at it again I see the home page is showing that the Watchtower is the pagan image from the head of an idol. I think the idol is Artemis and it means bear like King Arthur.

why do they give so much praise and attention to pioneers?
If you are in good-enough standing you can pioneer on 0 hours a month. Although it was not spelt out to me, I told the CO that I could not continue pioneering because I could no longer do the hours or anything like. However the CO did not want me to step down. Whatever I could do was acceptable. For me that was 0 hours. But I imagine I would have been expected to lie or have a plausible excuse every month/year. However no one would have questioned me.
But what happens to your conscience when you lie about something this stupid? You don't have to do it so why do it unless the status is important to you.
I think they main things was that they could get me on the platform and use me as an example. But I wasn't going to mislead others so I stood down.
Also I know of elders and their wives who would REGULARLY have it announced that they were pioneering get the applaus, then they would just not do it and say they had been ill.
I was recently told that some religious teachers say it's ok to hit your wife, gently. Nice eh? Just strike her like Thunderball?
Maybe the teachers think that men's needs are more so they give less.

We get told about the child abuse cover ups. But some years after I joined the congregation I found out there was some poor sister who had endured beatings from her husband. This man was an elder at the time. Eventually he ditched her and went off with another. She was a kind, hospitable and gentle person.
Joey jojo - the issue is one of trust. Just like WT's 1914 a message can be spun from statistics which is religious. In this case the value is health. But what are the facts. How reliable are the facts? The figures that go into the statistics - how can you PROVE they are reliable?
Some ideas to ensure the data is ok - get the figures sent to you. Process it yourself. Have the details of every individual used in the data. Ensure all individuals in the data are actually still alive (or have been born). Scrutinized the figures to ensure demical points are in the right place. Make sure odd 0s haven't been added here and there.
When receiving data - check the figures looks comparable to at least 3 years worth of exactly the same data - maybe more - try 16 years just in case. If certain numbers are way out, make a phone call to the person who sent it and patiently stand up to them until (having abused you to within an inch of your life) they finally admit they lied to you through their teeth.

I'm not certain but I think legislation has been passed in USA to stop Critical Race Theory being used. If you are an organization wanting funding, to get your funding you must not ascribe character traits, values, moral/ethical codes, privileges, status, or beliefs based on race.

even my pimi family (i am pimo) is scratching their heads wondering why we are still reviewing content from 2017-2019 that talk about all the future plans, field service, etc etc etc....that have all been derailed due to covid-19.
Well if you are scratching around for info... I have heard that new ministry arrangements will involve 2 publishers at the door (normal - except for when the family of 5 all want to work together). One stands back and observes the householder's body language to assess whether or not the person is interested.
So if in days to come you hear that pitter patter of feet at your door, now is your time to put all that excellent training you received at the Theocratic Ministry School to work. You can make good use of gestures and they will try to interpret your gestures.
